Yes, our custom word search maker is 100% free to use. There are no limits on the number of puzzles you can create, no watermarks on your printed PDFs, and no registration required.
You can add as many words as you like! The only limitation is the size of the grid you select. If you add more words than can comfortably fit in your chosen grid size (e.g., 20 words for a 10x10 grid), the game will randomly select a subset of those words to place in the puzzle. To fit more words, increase the grid size up to 25x25.
Our AI generator allows you to create a puzzle instantly just by typing a topic. For example, enter 'Harry Potter characters' or 'Things in space', and the AI will automatically generate a highly relevant list of 15-20 words to build your puzzle immediately.
Because our tool is entirely free and doesn't require an account, we don't save puzzles on our servers. However, you can print your finished puzzle as a high-quality PDF to save it forever, or simply recreate it using the same word list later.
